BitMED plays a vital role in the daily wellbeing of our members around the globe. For this reason, should a member need technical help or support related to the BitMED platform, a quick resolution to address the issue is very important. While some members have often requested to have the ability to quickly reach out and get the proper support in the time of need, others have suggested a knowledge base to help with troubleshooting problems, such as "how-to guides", etc.
As part of our continuous global effort to provide our members with the best possible service, BitMED is pleased to announce the launch of our new social media channels enabling our members to reach out and interface directly with the BitMED Tech Support.
Expanding on the capabilities of the current platform, these new social media channels will improve the service we offer to our members by increasing transparency, access to information and better response time.
